Samsung Galaxy M51 is expected to launch in India as early as the second week of September. It is also expected to come with the latest One UI from Samsung. Citing people who are familiar with the launch, local news agency Indo-Asian News Service (IANS) says, the Samsung Galaxy M51 will be the next ‘Make in India’ product from the company and will debut in the country as early as the second week of September. Around Rs. 25,000 and Rs. 30,000 it is said to be expensive.
The Galaxy M51 was originally expected to launch in July, but due to manufacturing problems, Samsung officially postponed the original schedule to September. Only earlier this month, a support page indicating the Galaxy M51 also appeared on the Samsung Russia site. It was carrying a model number SM-M515F which is thought to be connected with the new M-series handset.
It is rumoured that the Samsung Galaxy M51 has a full-HD+ AMOLED display of 6.67 inches and features an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 SoC. It could also provide at least 8 GB of RAM and include a rear triple camera setup that can include a main 64-megapixel sensor and a secondary 12-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide-angle lens. In fact, it’s possible that the phone will come with 25W easy charging.
In July the Samsung Galaxy M51 was found with the model number SM-M515F on the US FCC and Bluetooth SIG certification pages. For the part of the networking choices, the listings indicated Wifi, dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth and NFC. It’s also possible the phone will run on Android 10 with One UI 2.5 on top. The IANS article adds it will be sporting a battery of 7,000mAh.
