Vivo S5 is closer to its official November 14 release, which means that there are more teasers on their way. Vivo posted official teaser images of the Vivo S5 to drum up more hype for the upcoming handset, giving us our first clear look at the phone from both sides.
Vivo’s shared photos clearly show the Vivo S5 packing quad rear cameras, set in a diamond-like pattern with the lenses and the LED light. The photos also display the finish of the light blue gradient on the rear panel of the Vivo S15 and highlight its all-screen nature with a hole-punch lens.
Ahead of its release next week in China, Vivo recently shared the first official look of its upcoming mobile. The first of two new pictures released earlier today by Vivo shows both the front and rear panel of the handset. We see the familiar full-screen design with a hole-punch to accommodate the single front camera and the on-screen art to show the position of the fingerprint sensor on display. There are a total of four rear cameras on the back.
The diamond-shaped camera module on the back shows three camera lenses and an LED flash, while the fourth camera lens is located just below. The mobile seems to have a metallic casing, something that is made very clear by the antenna ring.
The company’s second Vivo S5 teaser on Weibo shows the gradient nature of the rear panel, which appears to have a light blue hue on the sides in the middle and pink accents.
Unfortunately, Vivo still has to disclose details about the cameras or internal hardware of the Vivo S5, but the alleged TENAA listing of the phone gives us an idea of what to expect.
A 48-megapixel main camera and a 32-megapixel selfie snapper that relies on pixel-binning to deliver8-megapixel pictures are tipped to the phone. It is claimed that Vivo S5 will draw power from a 2.3GHz clocked octa-core processor, coupled with up to 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage.
